Bless you for writing this.

I was linked here by the suggestions following one of my posts on my own blog along the same lines.

I was beginning to feel like people weren't paying attention to the student loan bubble.

So long as the music was put on the iPod legally in the first place, there is no way it should even be slightly considered copyright infringement. Does the music industry really expect to get royalty from the sale of music as it initially leaves its hands and then every subsequent sale from there on out. If I sell my friend my car, GM doesn't get a cut.

In my opinion the music industry is so backward thinking that they deserve everything that is coming to them. Just because BMG is no longer making a fortune, does not mean that artists will stop producing new music.

Copyright law, fair use, purchase downloads, gifts--what a legal nightmare! The laws are not keeping pace with technology and may never truly be able to which leaves us in usage limbo.

School districts absolutely must loosen their strangleholds on internet access for their students; otherwise, we are doing them a great disservice by denying them the fullest and best education that they deserve. I downloaded the article and have added it to my arsenal against technophobic attitudes.

I thoght about sending Obama the web 2.0 book. I wonder if he has already read it. If there was ever a time that we can 'change" education I think it is now.

I have never seen this program before so do not know all of its capacity, however it looks quite interesting and I can't wait to try it out. I think it would be great for brainstorming ideas and may try it at work. Today I introduced the Wiki to my supervisor and he wants me to show it to the rest of our quality team as a way to keep track of our projects. So perhaps when I check out the wordle I will be able to use it as well. Thanks for all these neat tools.
