How should business be run? The Candle Problem. We need to re-think motivation, and there is a mismatch between what science knows and how business motivate people.
If you have had a mean or rude boss, like I have, then stress hormones such as cortisol, GH and norepinephrine are released which causes health problems. So why do our bosses cause stress? Being a bully actually means that person is very insecure.

The one thing that really struck me at the SLCC conference was the variety of people. In the back of my mind, the people behind the avatars were much younger. That is not true. Many were my age (and VB’s age) and even older. People from every background and from many places around the world. I got to meet a great couple from Australia – Genavrieve Rossini and Oliphaunt Giffen.
The variety of people include Artists, musicians, chess players, fashion designers, castle builders…. furry’s the list is endless. There is a place or two for everyone in Second Life. And if you just want to relax go to Dublin and have a beer at the Blarney Stone or dress up and dance atFrank’s.
